ANSWER:
The injured worker must give the employer notice of the injury within 90 days.

1. The employer must file a First Report of Injury with the State within four days after receiving notice.
2. An injured worker has two years to file a application for arbitration.
3. If the worker has received any weekly benefit checks, the worker has three years to file his application for arbitration.
